7.5 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of our business, personal data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity. We will notify you of any such transfer where required by law.

8. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom. Where we transfer personal data to countries outside the UK that do not offer an equivalent level of data protection, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:

Please contact us if you would like further information about the safeguards in place for international transfers.
